We experience a high volume of calls. Please leave a brief message with your name, number, best time to reach you, and brief description of your legal issue. Your call will be returned in the order it was received, generally within 48 to 72 hours.
Submitting Requested Documents

Until Further notice, our walk-in hours are from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 12pm.
Interpreter Assistance
If you need an interpreter, please indicate which language and Volunteer Legal Services Hawaiʻi will arrange for an interpreter for you free of charge.
Parking
We apologize there is NO PARKING onsite. Metered parking is available nearby along Punchbowl Street and South Street. Please be aware that if you park in our building, or in the loading zone, your car is subject to be towed at your own expense.
